With more than 18 years of cross-sector experience, MiMi has advised executives, boards, and leadership teams across corporate, nonprofit, healthcare, government, and international environments. Her expertise includes organizational strategy, executive operations, people and culture, governance, organizational transformation, strategic communications, workforce planning, enterprise risk, and crisis leadership.
Known for bringing clarity and structure to complex priorities, MiMi helps organizations strengthen decision-making, align stakeholders, build accountable operating systems, and translate strategy into disciplined execution. Her approach is grounded in integrity, stewardship, compassion, and the belief that sustainable organizational performance begins with protecting people and preserving mission.
MiMi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavioral Studies from Texas A&M University–Texarkana and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice.
